All professional products and equipment are provided. All equipment and cloths are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each customer to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

We use professional eco friendly products. If a specific task requires a stronger product, we will always consult with you first to ensure you're comfortable with the products being used in your home or business.

We always arrange a friendly meet and greet before your first cleaning appointment. This allows us to understand your specific needs and preferences, and to tailor our services accordingly. All details are clearly discussed and agreed upon in advance, ensuring a truly bespoke cleaning experience designed just for you.

Payment may be made in via bank transfer or I accept card payments via Square. All regular cleans must be paid for on the day. One off cleans require a deposit and payment prior to the clean which will be discussed at the time of booking.

Pureleaf Cleaning is fully insured and has an enhanced DBS check. As part of the meet and greet prior to the first clean, all relevant documentation is available for viewing.
